Starting at $75 per visit (final pricing is based on size / square footage and complexity of property / features)

 

Best for homeowners who want full-service and premier protection

Our most comprehensive protection. Ideal for high-value, coastal, and second homes that require maximum oversight.

 

Includes:

  • Weekly Customized Property Reviews: Full Interior & Exterior review of the homes ten (10) primary operating systems, including review of the following areas:

    • Interior

      • General Living Areas

      • Kitchen

      • Bathrooms

      • Bedrooms

      • Laundry Room

      • Elevator (if applicable)

    • Property & Grounds

      • Landscaping and Irrigation (if applicable)

      • Pools / Hot Tubs / Outdoor Showers (if applicable)

    • Closing Service

      • End of Season Closing Service

    • Coastal Clean & Care – Exterior hard surface areas are blown debris and sand-free, preserving both safety and curb appeal.

    • Spotless & Safe – High Touch Interior / Exterior locksets are sanitized prior to guest turnover.
