3. How often do you check my home?
Most clients choose weekly or biweekly visits, though schedules can be customized to fit your needs. Frequency may vary based on the season, property use, or HOA and insurance requirements.
4. What do you check during each visit?
We will hold an initial on-site consultation with you to review the homes ten (10) primary operating systems, and its design features summarized below. Your property review checklist will be expanded and customized to include the many material parts / pieces that comprise each system of your home. Each will be reviewed and / or tested for functionality and safety.

5 Do you provide keyholder of vendor access service?
We will coordinate access for maintenance workers, deliveries or cleaning services. Keys or access codes are securely stored and tracked.
6. Can you help with home maintenance or concierge services?
Our customized solutions services can schedule cleaning and maintenance, package pickup / mail forwarding, perform vehicle start-up checks, supervise your vendors and provide pre-arrival services (HVAC Temperature Setting, Refrigerator stocking, etc...).
7. Do you provide reports or documentation?
Yes. After each visit you receive a digital report time / date stamped and photos for your records - helpful for insurance requirements and peace of mind.
