Customized Property Review
Every home and property is designed and built differently. We will hold a complimentary on-site walkthrough property review with you to review your homes ten (10) primary operating systems, and its design features summarized below. Your property review checklist will be customized to include the many material parts / pieces that comprise each system of your home. Each system will be reviewed and / or tested for functionality and safety.

Your customized digital property review checklist will be downloaded onto a Carolina Coast Home Watch Service iPad that has an integral hot spot enabling the ability to send date and time stamped your completed property review checklist. Your report will include an assessment of the homes operational level and condition as well as maintenance suggestions to ensure your home performs optimally. If maintenance or repairs are needed it will include photographs and our recommendations for your review. If needed, we would be delighted to share how we can assist in maintenance upkeep and small repairs.
